Lynn Tarpy presents Business Mediation CLE to Knoxville Bar Association

On February 8, 2016, Lynn Tarpy presented “Mediating the Business Dispute” to the ADR section of the Knoxville Bar Association.  The presentation consisted of discussions of first encounters of mediation, discussion of various disputes in which mediation played a role in the outcome of a case, preparation and handling of the mediation and this included the importance of the mediation date in ensuring the client’s understanding of the process and then mediation trends in Tennessee.

On October 14, 2014, at the request of the Yes on 2 Campaign and the Beacon Institute of Nashville, Lynn Tarpy was the guest speaker at the Knoxville Tea Party meeting.  He stated the reasons for voting Yes on the Constitutional Amendment for the selection of Appellate Court Judges.
