Co-counsel in the matter of Harmon v. Trent, a wrongful death case involving a driver using drugs who crossed the center line and struck and killed my client, a 17-year old boy. The 3 day trial resulted in a $1.2 million dollar verdict, the highest jury verdict in the history of Claiborne County, Tennessee.
